To process all returns and/or exchanges you, the customer, must contact perfectedgehockey.com at 877-462-5390, or send an e-mail to admin@perfectedgehockey.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#). We will not honor any returns without an RA#.

Returns for Refund are accepted as long as the product has not been used. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus the cost of original shipping regardless of whether the original shipping was free.

*We DO NOT accept any Skates to be returned or exchanged that have been Sharpened!

**DO NOT SHARPEN SKATES until you are certain that they fit and you are keeping them!**

*We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges on any Jocks, Mouthguards, or Water Bottles where the package has been opened!

*We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges of skates or shoes being returned in the original box. Perfect Edge does not sell used items, so the items packaging must be in original form.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your helmet to build and ship and then an additional 5 to 7 business days for UPS GROUND SHIPPING. PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOM HELMETS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE UPS GROUND.
