Free Shipping Domestically

For orders over $99, we offer free shipping within the 48 Continental USA States. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, International and APO/FPO orders. Does not apply to gift certificates. This only applies to normal ground delivery within the continental, domestic U.S. and only to merchandise that does not exceed certain size and weight limitations.

Oversized or heavy items (such as Leg Pads, Wheel Bags, Goals or Pucks (cases)) do not qualify for our Free Shipping promotion. Orders that exceed the carrier's size or weight limitations will have the carrier's surcharges related to the excess size or weight passed through to the customer.

Shipping Costs

We utilize real time quotes from our preferred shipping carriers in the interests of providing our customers with the lowest possible prices. We do not consider shipping as an area to generate additional profit or a way to offset our discounted product prices to our customers. In some instances of large orders, multiple boxes may be required and the shipping rates designated in the order may not calculate multiple boxes. We will contact you with any additional shipping before processing the order.

Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air

There are a variety of delivery options that you may select. Please note that the times stated in the delivery description (e.g., “Next Day Air”) only describe the time the carrier indicates it will take to get to you once the carrier has picked up the order. “Next Day Air” does not necessarily mean you will get your equipment the day after you place your order. Perfect Edge Hockey reserves the right to change the shipping method if that means the delivery of the merchandise will take place at or before the time delivery would have occurred under the option you chose. For example, if normal ground delivery would get your merchandise to you in one day and you ordered "2nd Day Air" we reserve the right to employ normal ground shipping.


Return Policy

All returns must be received within 30 days of your invoice date. We can’t accept any returns after 30 days for any reason. Used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Freight is the responsibility of the customer for returns for any reason. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refused deliveries will be charged $15 and returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

All returns must include:

  • The original Order Summary
  • A RA number obtained by calling us at 517-546-1897. No shipments will be accepted without this number.

Exclusions & Terms:

  • Due to the nature of the product, all sales for mouth guards, jocks, athletic supporters, goal jocks, and pelvic protectors are FINAL.
  • Special orders and Team Orders, are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
  • Customized products are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
  • There may be a 25% re-stocking fee for any products that are not returned in the original packaging and/or box, undamaged. The same 25% re-stocking fee may apply to returns that are not properly shipped, either in a separate box, envelope or wrapped in shipping paper. DO NOT use the skate box as a shipping box. The item will be refused at the customer’s expense.
  • We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow 2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.


If you need to exchange a product that doesn’t fit or wasn’t what you thought you needed, no problem. We will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. We do NOT charge a restocking fee. You may be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. We recommend that you call us directly, and we will take care of this over the phone. The new order will ship immediately and a credit will be issued once the return arrives.

Change or cancel an order

If you need to make any changes to or cancel an order, please call us 517-546-1897 to make the request before it ships, if at all possible. If a tracking number has been emailed to you, then it is too late to change an order.
